My Story

I initially worked within the NHS for over a decade progressing in my field as a nurse. I decided to go into the care sector as I believed I could make a real difference, my belief was that every person should be given the best care possible according to their individual needs.

Unfortunately over the years I have found that increasingly patients are treated according to the symptoms presented at that time of their appointment rather than exploring the core problem resulting in multiple return visits and possible side effects from multiple medications.

This is what led me into an explorative search on the benefits of Holistic Medicine.

The primary goal of this type of treatment is a more individual tailored therapy. I realized that this approach had huge benefits without the complications of medicinal side effects. A more tailored approach empowers people to be more involved in their own care.

Whilst learning and researching these therapies I also became a Reiki Master as I believe all holistic therapies can be a singular treatment or a combination that compliments eachother.
